    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter comes before the Board on a petition filed on
    June 12,
    1991.
    On February 25,
    1993,
    the Board directed the
    parties
    to
    file
    a
    status
    report
    on or
    before
    March
    25,
    1993,
    concerning the status of this matter.
    On March 23,
    1993, Safety-
    Kleen filed a status report with the Board.
    Safety-Kleen stated
    that the parties met on December 11,
    1992, and that they are making
    progress towards resolving this matter.
    The parties plan to use
    the framework they are developing
    for resolving this matter
    to
    resolve pending closures appeals for Safety—Kleen’s Pekin facility
    (PCB 92—29),
    the Schaumburg facility
    (PCB 92-136)
    and Arlington
    Heights
    (PCB 92—126).
    On March 25,
    1993, the Agency filed a status report pursuant
    to the Board’s February 25, 1993 order.
    The report indicated that
    the parties were making progress towards the conclusion of this
    matter.
    The Agency proposes to file another status report within
    30 days.
    The Agency is directed to file a status report to be received
    by the Board no later than May 10,
    1993, concerning the status of
    this matter and the related matters.
