On February 16,

1993 the joint petitioners Detroit Diesel

Corporation and the Engine Manufacturers Association

(petitioners) notified the Board that they have waived hearing

and await decision in this matter.

We note that this matter, AS

92—4, had been earlier consolidated with AS 92-11 and AS 92-12.

1992).

We further note that the

Board

is by separate orders today instructing the hearing officer

to schedule hearings in AS 92—11 and AS 92—12.

In the interests

of clarity in this AS 92-4 matter,

in that the petitioners have

waived hearing, the Board is not otherwise ordering one.
