    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter is before the Board on an April
    29,
    1993,
    status
    report filed by Reynolds Metals Company
    (“Reynolds”)
    in this
    matter.
    Reynolds states that on June 23,
    1992, the United States
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (“USEPA”)
    published notice in the
    Federal Register staying the effectiveness of
    40 CFR 52.741(x)
    and
    (y)
    as they apply to Reynolds in order for USEPA to
    reconsider the applicability of the rules to Reynolds.
    Reynolds reports that USEPA
    is proceeding expeditiously with
    its reconsideration
    of the rules.
    Reynolds also states in its
    status report that USEPA’s attorney of record has confirmed that
    the regional USEPA office has sent
    a proposal on the
    reconsideration to USEPA headquarters for review.
    Finally,
    Reynolds states that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    concurs with the status report.
    Reynolds
    is hereby ordered to file another status report
    with the Board on or before June 28,
    1993.
