ORDER OF THE BOARD

On July 30,
1992,
the Board ordered Moline Corporation
(Noline) to file
a status report with the Board prior to January
31,
1993 and to file subsequent status report every six months
thereafter.
Moline did not file a status report as directed by
the Board’s order.
Prior status reports note that on April 25,
1991, Moline
filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of
the Bankruptcy Code
in the United States District Court for the
Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.
Section 362 of
the Bankruptcy~.Code prohibits the commencement or continuation of
any act or judicial proceeding designed to recover a claim which
arose against,the debtor before the commencement of the
ban~kruptcycase.
The above dockets are currently awaiting the
completion of the bankruptcy action.
The last status report
filed by Mo1ine~on July 20,
1992,
stated that offers to purchase
the operating assets of the company are currently being reviewed
and will be submitted to the court.for approval.
The status
report noted that the present Chapter 11 case might possibly be
voluntarily converted to a Chapter
7 liquidation case.
Noline
is directed to update the Board on the status of the
bankruptcy proceeding by filing a status report on or before July
30,
1993
and to file subsequent status reports every six months
thereafter.
