    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by B. Forcade):
    This matter comes before the Board on a motion for entry of
    a final order filed on June 25,
    1993 by Illinois Power Company.
    Illinois Power notes that its NPDES permit establishes effluent
    limitations for boron,
    sulfate and total dissolved solids not be
    exceeded in grab samples collected once monthly beginning March
    9,
    1994.
    Illinois Power contends that even though it has several
    months before compliance with the effluent standards of its NPDES
    permit is required,
    it is concerned adequate time will soon be
    unavailable to achieve compliance.
    The Board grants the motion for entry of a final order
    subject to the Board’s time and resource constraints.
