On June 23,
1993, General Motors Corporation
(GM) filed a
petition requesting amendments to its site-specific regulation
for fluoride found at Section 302.322.
Accompanying GM’S
petition is a motion requesting waiver of the requirement of
Section 102.160(a)
to submit 200 signatures in support of the
proposal.
The motion to waive the requirement of 200 signatures
is hereby granted.
The Board finds that the petition satisfies the information
requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 102.141.
The petition is
accordingly accepted for hearing.
GM’s proof of service however, does not indicate that a copy
of the proposal has been filed with the Office of the Attorney
General
(AGO)
as required by 35
Iii. Adm. Code 102.140.
GM is
directed to serve the proposal on Joseph Annunzio at the AGO’s
Chicago office on or before July 16,
1993.
