16, 1993 Quantum Chemical Corporation, USI

Division, and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency

(Agency)

jointly filed an amended petition in this matter.

The

August 16 amended petition is accepted.

The caption in this

matter is also today modified to reflect addition of the Agency

as a joint petitioner.

The Board anticipates that it will soon be adopting

amendments to its air regulations in Docket R93-91.

Among these

are amendments to 35

Ill. Adm. Code 218.966 and 218.986, which

are the subject of the instant adjusted standard petition.

The Board requests that the joint petitioners review the

R93-9 amendments and advise the Board as to what effect the

amendments have on the pleadings in this matter as these

currently stand.

The Board intends to proceed to ruling on the adjusted

standard petition upon receipt of the information requested

herein.
