    This matter comes before the Board on a joint status report
    filed by the parties on August 16,

    The parties state that
    they need one month to address issues involving waste
    characterization, and ask that the Board set September 16 for
    submittal of additional status reports.
    The parties shall submit status reports to be received by
    the Board and hearing officer no later than September 16,
    1993.
