SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):

On August 6, 1993 the Illinois Environmental Protection

Agency (Agency) filed a motion to file instanter and a status

report. On August

5,

1993, one day prior to the Agency’s filing,

the Boardhad issued an order directing the parties to file the

next status report by September 20, 1993. In order to have a

complete status record, the Board grants the Agency’s motion to

file instanter. The Agency’s status report is substantially

similar to the one filed by the Grigoleit Company (Grigoleit) on

August 3, 1993.

Also, on its own motion the Board reconsiders and

supplements its August 5, 1993 order so as to correct erroneous

language in that order stating that Grigoleit’s August 3, 1993

filing was late. The Board was in error; the filing was timely.
