ORDER OF THE BOARD

Pursuant to the Board’s order of March 31,
1994,
on April
29,
1994 the complainant filed a “compliance evaluation
inspection report” concerning conditions at the Kershaw Mobile
Home Park; this report is not supported by affidavit.
On the
same day, the Kershaws filed a motion for clarification and for
leave to file evidence and argument relating to a penalty
instanter.
Attached thereto are various documents supported by
the affidavit of a consulting engineer retained by the
respondent.
Upon review of these materials, the Board believes that
penalty issues should be addressed at hearing.
Hearing shall be
scheduled within 30 days and held within 90 days of the date of
this order or the parties may be subject to appropriate sanctions
pursuant to 35 Iii. Adm. Code Part 107.
