ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C. A. Manning):
On November 10, 1993, Highland Park School
District
#108
(School District) filed a status report in response to a Board
order. The status report indicates that the School District
intends to file a Reimbursement Eligibility and Deductibility
Application with the Illinois Office of the State Fire Marshal
(OSFN).
The Board finds that the status report contains, insufficient
information and orders the School District to submit a new status
report. The status report does not state how the parties intend
to proceed in this matter. For instance, the Board queries
whether this case should be dismissed or stayed during the
pendency of the application before the OSFN. The status report
should also indicate an expected date for completion of this
matter before the Board. The Board also notes a certificate of
service was not provided with the status report to indicate that
the petition was properly served on the respondent or the hearing
officer (who must be served with each filing in this case).
Therefore, the Board directs the School District to file a
new status report in this matter. The School District shall
submit a complete status report to the Board on or before
December 27, 1993. The Environmental Protection Agency is also
directed to file a status report by that date.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board do hereby certify that the above order was adopted on the
