On March 31,
1994, the petitioner filed its fourth motion
for extension of time in which to file a “stipulated agreement on
settlement and dismissal of this pending appeal”.
(See the
Board’s orders of January
6, February 3, and March 17,
1994).
The motion,
in which the Agency joins, requests an extension
through May 30, 1994 in order to allow the parties time for
circulation and approval of an agreement which was the subject of
a meeting between them on March 24,
1994.
The motion for extension is granted through May 30, 1994.
The Board advises
the
parties, however, that it will not view
further requests for extension with favor.
IT IS SO
ORDERED.
