    ORDER
    OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Theodore Meyer):
    On April
    1,
1994, petitioner CWM Chemical Services, Inc.
(CWM) filed a status report in this proceeding.
    The status
report is in response to the Board’s April 23,
    1992 order staying
    this permit appeal.
    As part of that stay,
    the Board ordered CWM
to file a status report every 90 days.
This status report recounts the progress being made by CWM
and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) on the
Agency’s review of CWM’s November 1991 RCRA Part B permit
    application.
CWN states that it has supplied the Agency with
additional information, including its 1993 northazardous and
    hazardous waste reports.
CWM states that the Agency has advised
that it is proceeding with its review of the November 1991 permit
    application.
The Board accepts the status report.
    However, we must note
our concern with the progress of
    this case.
    Although we
recognize that review of a Part B permit is a lengthy process,
the application has now been pending at the Agency for over two
    years.
The Board reminds CWM that it has a continuing obligation
to submit status reports every 90 days.
    Additionally, the Agency
is directed to file a status report, including an estimated
schedule for resolution of this matter, no later than July 1,
    1994.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    I, Dorothy N.
Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
    Board,
hereby certi~ythat the above order was adopted on the
