Oil Company’s Voluntary motion to withdraw petition for review,

filed on April 1, 1994. Legg states that it and the Agency have

resolved the disputed issues, so that it is appropriate to

withdraw the petition for review. The motion to withdraw is

granted, and the docket is closed.
