    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter comes before the Board on a September 3,
    1993
    supplemental motion for reconsideration filed by Ron’s Interstate
    Sunoco.
    Ron’s Interstate Sunoco requests that the Board
    reconsider its July 22,
    1993 order in which the Board denied
    rehearing and dismissed this matter, and its August 26,
    1993
    order in which the Board denied an initial motion to reconsider.
    The supplemental motion presents new information not
    previously before the Board.
    Based upon this information, the
    Board grants the motion to reconsider and vacates its dismissal
    order of July 22,
    1993.
    This matter
    is hereby reinstated.
    The hearing officer is
    directed to establish a new hearing schedule.
    The Board notes that on June 29,
    1993 Ron’s Interstate
    Sunoco filed an open wavier of the statutory decision deadline in
    this matter.
