    ORDER
OF THE BOARD (by J. Theodore Meyer):
    On October 22, 1993, UNO-VEN Company (UNO-VEN) filed a
petition for variance. tJNO-VEN also filed a motion for leave to
    waive the filing requirements.
TJNO—VEN requests a waiver of the requirement to file an
original and nine copies of exhibits D and E. UNO-VEN notes that
these exhibits are part of the record in R93—8, In the Matter of:
Site-Specific Petition of UNO-VEN to Amend Reciulations Pertaining
to Water Pollution. UNO-VEN contends that these exhibits are
bulky and already available to the Board. UNO—VEN notes that
submitting 10 copies would unduly burden the Board’s files and
use an extraordinary amount of paper. UNO-VEN has filed two
copies of exhibits D and E.
The Board grants the waiver of requirement to file ten
copies of exhibits D and E. The Board accepts the petition for
variance. As UNO-VEN has waived its right to hearing, the Board
will wait for the reconunendation from the Environmental
Protection Agency before proceeding on the petition for variance.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
