    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by M. McFawn):
    On March 16, 1994 the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (Agency)
    filed a motion for an extension of time to
    respond to the petitioner’s request for an adjusted standard.
    The Agency was required to respond to the petition by March 16,
    1994.
    In its motion, the Agency requests a 90-day extension,
    stating that it believes further discussion of the issues raised
    in the petition are necessary before it can provide a well—
    informed recommendation to the Board.
    The Agency also states
    that petitioner’s counsel does not object to an extension being
    granted.
    The Agency’s motion is hereby granted.
    The Agency is given
    until June 14,
    1994 to file its response.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
