    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E.Z. Kezelis):
    On January 18, 2000, Edwards-Etherton Oil Company, Inc. (Edwards-Etherton), filed a
    “Withdrawal of Appeal of Lust Fund Reimbursement Decision.” For purposes of this order,
    the Board treats this as a motion to withdraw. Edwards-Etherton seeks to withdraw its appeal
    due to an agreement it recently reached with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
    Accordingly, the motion to withdraw is granted and this docket is hereby closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
