ORDER
OF THE BOARD
(by J. Theodore Meyer):
On November
1,
1993,
petitioner
Acme
Steel
Company
(Acme)
filed a status report in this proceeding.
Acme again states that
it is investigating the possibility of seeking permanent relief
from the standards at issue in these appeals.
Acme states that
it has prepared a draft petition for adjusted standard and
supporting documentation, which has been submitted to the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) for review.
Acme estimates that it should be prepared to file the petition
for adjusted standard with the Board within 30 days.
Acme
recommends that this matter be stayed for 120 days pending
resolution of the adjusted standard petition.
The Board will not stay this proceeding for 120 days pending
the outcome of a petition for adjusted standard which has not yet
been filed with the Board.
Acme is directed to file an updated
status report no later than January 15,
1994.
IT IS SO
ORDERED.
