THE

BOARD (by C.A. Manning):

On February 16, 1993, 5566 Building Partnership and Box Form,

Inc. filed a petition for review of an underground storage tank

reimbursement determination. On February 25, 1993, this matter was

accepted for hearing. On May 27, 1993, Petitioners filed an open

waiver of the statutory decision deadline.

As of the date of this order, no hearing has been held in this

matter. The parties are hereby directed to file a status report

with the Clerk of the Board and the assigned hearing officer in

this case on or before January 14, 1994. The parties should

indicate the status of any on-going negotiations, whether the

parties anticipate reaching settlement in this matter and if

possible, a projected timeline for completion of settlement.
