    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On January 24, 2000, Agrium U.S., Inc. (Agrium) filed a petition for variance
    regarding its facility located in Marshall County, Illinois. In the petition, Agrium requests a
    hearing on its petition pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 104.124. This matter is accepted for
    hearing.
    Hearings shall be scheduled and completed in a timely manner pursuant to the applicable
    statutory decision deadline or as extended by waiver (see 415 ILCS 5/40(a)(2) (1998); 35 Ill.
    Adm. Code 101.105). Unless otherwise ordered by the hearing officer, the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency shall file its recommendation for disposition of the petition
    within 30 days of filing of this petition. See 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.102.
    Also on January 24, 2000, Robert J. Vincze, counsel for Agrium, filed a motion for
    admission
    pro hac vice.
    Robert J. Vincze, a licensed attorney in Colorado, Kansas, Missouri,
    New York, and Oklahoma, seeks leave to represent Agrium in the above-captioned matter
    before the Board. The Board admits Robert J. Vincze
    pro hac vice.
