ORDER OF THE BOARD

On January
10,
1994, the parties filed a joint status report
in response to the Board’s order of November 18,
1993.
The
status report notes that the parties have reached an agreement on
the limitations for sulfate and copper in Borden Chemicals and
Plastics’ NPDES permit.
The parties are in the process of
developing a workable solution concerning ammonia nitrogen and
resolving issues related to the expiration date of the permit.
The parties believe that these issues can be resolved before June
30,
1994.
The parties note that if a resolution is not obtained
prior to June 30,
1994,
a hearing will be requested in this
matter.
The parties are directed to file additional status reports
in this matter on or before July 8,
1994.
