    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G. T. Girard):
    This matter is before the Board on a stipulation of
    settlement and dismissal, jointly filed on June 3, 1994 by
    petitioner, Griffin Service and respondent, the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency. The joint stipulation of
    settlement, signed by all the parties, provides that the parties
    stipulate and agree to the following:
    1. Petitioner agrees to withdraw and dismiss
    this appeal;
    2. Respondent agrees to supplemental
    reimbursements in the amount of $7,956;
    3. The remaining costs as claimed in the
    original request for reimbursements shall not
    be reimbursed by respondent;
    4. the settlements of this cause is without
    prejudice to the petitioner to claim
    supplemental reimbursements based upon new or
    amended documentation and respondent
    specifically acknowledges that the petitioner
    is entitled to submit future, supplemental
    reimbursements, and respondent shall timely
    consider any supplemental claims; and
    5. the respondent acknowledges that the $7,956
    payment is in addition to the original
    payment of $68,249 and that the petitioner
    was entitled to the original payment.
    While the Board makes no findings of fact or conclusions of
    law, based on the parties assurances and affirmations, we dismiss
    this matter and hereby direct the parties to effectuate their
    agreement. The docket in this matter is hereby closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
