    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by R.C. Flemal):
    This matter comes before the Board upon an Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) motion for extension of
    time to file a response to Envirite Corporation’s
    (Envirite)
    petition for a RCRA delisting adjusted standard, filed June 10,
    1994.
    The Agency states that pursuant to

    Adm.
    Code
    106.714(a)
    it
    is
    required
    to
    file its response no later than 30
    days from the filing of the petition for adjusted standard,
    making the response due June 9,
    1994.
    The Agency states that it
    is in the process of reviewing the information and that due to
    work load and the volume of documents to be reviewed it does not
    anticipate meeting this deadline.
    The Agency requests until July
    22,
    1994 to file its response.
    The Agency further states that
    Envirite has indicated that it has no objection to the Agency’s
    request.
    The motion for extension of time is hereby granted.
    The
    Agency’s response is now due on or before July 22,
    1994.
