    ORDER
    OF
    THE
    BOARD
    (by
    E.
    Dunham):
    On
    June 2,
    1994, the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
(Agency) filed a motion for further extension of time to
respond to the petitioners’ request for an adjusted standard.
The Agency was required to respond to the petition by April 25,
    1994,
but was granted an extension until May 13,
    1994.
    The
Agency states that communications with petitioners revealed
historical information which will require an additional meeting
between the petitioners and the Agency.
    This meeting will be
    scheduled as soon as possible.
    Information from this meeting
will improve the quality of the Agency response, therefore, the
Agency requests a further extension until after the meeting with
    petitioners to file its response.
The Agency has not specified a date for the filing of its
response but requests that the response be filed as soon as
practical after a meeting between petitioners and the Agency.
The Board refuses to grant an extension for an indefinite period.
    The Board will grant the
Agency an extension until July 15,
    1994
in which to file its response to the petition for adjusted
    standard.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
