ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Theodore Meyer):

On June 9, 1994 the

Illinois

Environmental Protection Agency

(Agency) filed a motion to file instanter its third motion for

extension of time to file its recommendation. The Board grants

to motion to file the motion for extension of time instanter.

In its motion for extension of time to file its

recommendation, the Agency states that although a draft

recommendation has been prepared for internal review, scheduling

conflicts have prevented all necessary Agency personnel from

reviewing the draft. Thus, in order to complete its

investigation and prepare the final recommendation, the Agency

requests until June 30, 1994 to file its recommendation. The

Board grants the Agency’s motion for extension of time; the

Agency’s recommendation is now due on or before June 30, 1994.
