1994 the Board received a letter from complainant
asking that certain exhibits be returned to him.
The Board
construes the letter as a motion to release the exhibits.
Complainant
requests
that
the
Board
return
complainant’s
exhibits
Gi and G2 consisting of two video tapes.
These exhibits were
marked for identification in the proceeding but were not admitted
into evidence.
The
Board grants the motion to release complainant’s
exhibits Gi and G2.
The Clerk is directed to send the two video
tapes identified as complainant’s exhibits G1 and G2 to the
complainant.
