    ORDER
    OF THE BOARD

    This matter is before the Board on a May 27,
    1994 motion for
    extension of time to file the record filed by respondent Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency).
    The Agency seeks an
    extension until October 15,
    1994 to file the record.
    The Agency
    represents that petitioner Archer Daniels Midland
    (ADM)
    has no
    objection to the granting of the waiver.
    ADM
    filed a waiver of
    the decision deadline until December 31,
    1994.
    In order to allow sufficient time to schedule and hold a
    hearing, and in order to allow the Board sufficient time to
    deliberate prior to the decision deadline, we will grant the
    Agency an extension until August 15,
    1994.
