    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R. C. Flemal):
    On March 17, 1994, the Board ordered the parties to submit
    status reports in this proceeding by May 31, 1994. On May 31,
    1994 the parties filed status reports. The parties state that
    they met on April 7, 1994 to discuss this matter. The Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) submitted settlement
    information to R. Lavin & Sons, Inc (Lavin). In order for Lavin
    to have opportunity to review the Agency’s information, the
    parties request that this matter be set for a further status
    report. Lavin has submitted a waiver of the decision deadline
    until June 30, 1995.
    The Board hereby orders that the parties submit status
    reports to be received by the Board on or before August 31, 1994.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
