This matter comes before the Board on a petition filed on

June 12,

1991.

On March 17,

1994 the Board directed Safety-Kleen

to file a status report on or before May 13,

1994, concerning the

status of this matter.

Previously in their March 11,

1994,

status report Safety-Kleen stated that the parties have reviewed

a settlement agreement and it is awaiting documentation from the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) memorializing

the settlement agreement.

As of the date of this order no status

report has been filed by Safety-Kleen.

Safety—Kleen and the Agency are directed to file an updated

status reports on or before July 15,

1994,

or this case maybe

dismissed.
