    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On March 21,
    1994,
    Spraying Systems Company
    (SSC)
    and the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency filed a Joint Status
    Report pursuant to the Board’s order of December 16,
    1993.
    The
    parties state that they are negotiating settlement of this permit
    appeal.
    The parties state that they will be meeting in late
    April in an attempt to resolve the outstanding issues.
    SSC has
    also provided a waiver of the decision deadline until November
    30,
    1994.
    The Board accepts the joint status report.
    The parties are
    ordered to file status reports by August
    5,
    1994.
