    (by G. T. Girard):
    On December 6, 1991 the Board accepted an amended petition
    for permanent exception for combined sewer overflow filed by the
    City of Peru.
    As of this date, the Agency has not filed a
    response to the petition.
    The Board directs the Agency to file
    a
    response to the petition no later than April 21, 1994.
