    ORDER
    OF THE
    BOARD:
On May 27, 1994, Chemical Waste Management, Inc., (CWM)
filed a petition for permit review regarding its Trade Waste
Incineration facility, located in Sauget, St. Clair County. The
Petition seeks review of three (3) modified air permits.
CWM asserts that these permits were each issued on April 22,
1994, and that it challenges similar issues in each of the
permits. CWM also asserts that IEPA’s actions on these permits
“track” actions taken concerning the RCRA permit presently under
    appeal in PCB 94-148.
It has been the Board’s long standing practice to require
that separate petitions be filed for appeals of each of several
permits; each permit involves a separate Agency permitting
decision, permitting file, and deadlines for Board and Agency
actions pursuant to Sections 39 and 40 of the Act. CWM is
accordingly directed to file an amended petition in this docket
number (PCB 94-162) and new petitions in two dockets which are
hereby reserved for this action (PCB 94—169 and PCB 94-170). Each
filing must challenge only one permit, which is to be identified
by number in the petition. Each of the new petitions must be
accompanied by the $75.00 filing fee required by Section 7.5 of
the Act. The filing of the amended and new petitions will
restart the Board’s decision timeclock. However, the Board will
look to the May 27, 1994 filing date of the initial petition in
determining issues of timeliness of appeal.
Upon motion, the Board will consider consolidating these
three dockets for hearing. Consolidation of these dockets with
PCB 94-148 may also be appropriate assuming the decision deadline
in that docket were to be waived to be the same as the deadline
    in these later—filed three cases.
Failure to file the separate amended and new petitions

    2
required by this order within 45 days of the date of this order
may subject this matter to dismissal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
