    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On April
    26,
    1993, the parties filed a joint status report.
    The parties stated that the issues presented in this matter are
    substantially similar to those raised in State Bank of
    Whittinciton
    v.
    IEPA, PCB 92-152.
    Therefore,
    the parties were
    awaiting a resolution in State Bank of Whittinqton v. IEPA before
    proceeding in this matter.
    State Bank of Whittington v.
    IEPA.
    was decided by the Board on June 3,
    1993.
    On that same day, the
    Board ordered the parties to submit the appropriate filings with
    the Board before August 20,
    1993,
    if
    it was determined that the
    issues in this matter could be resolved without further Board
    action.
    If no filings were received the hearing officer was
    instructed to establish a schedule for completion of this case.
    The Board has not received any additional filings in this
    matter since the April 26,
    1993 status report.
    Also a schedule
    for completion of this matter has not been provided to the Board.
    The parties are ordered to file status reports with the Board by
    November 19,
    1993.
    The status report shall include the present
    status of the case and an anticipated schedule for the completion
    of this matter.
