ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N. Nardulli):

This matter conies before the Board on a petition filed on

September 22, 1993, by Allied Composites. On September 29, 1993,

Allied Composites filed an open waiver of the statutory decision

deadline in this matter. On December 27, 1993, the Agency filed a

second motion for extension of time to file record. Also on

December 27, 1993, the Agency filed a joint status report. The

Agency reports that the parties were engaged in discussions

regarding the permit appeal. The Agency believes the discussions

will lead to an issuance of a permit acceptable to both parties.

The parties are directed to file a status report with the

Board concerning this matter on or before March 1, 1994. The Board

hereby grants the Agency’s motion for an extension of time to file

the record. The record is now due to be received by the Board on

or before April 1, 1994.
