    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    Section 22.4(a)
    of the Act
    (as amended by P.A. 88-496 and
    88-512) requires the Board to adopt regulations implementing
    Subtitle D of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act as
    “identical in substance”.
    Accordingly, the Board reserved this
    docket for USEPA amendments during the period from July 1 through
    December 31,
    1993.
    During that time period, USEPA only amended its landfill
    regulations at 58 Fed. Reg. 51536
    (Oct.
    1,
    1993) and published a
    correction at 58 Fed. Reg.
    53136
    (Oct.
    14,
    1993).
    Those
    amendments revised the compliance dates for certain small
    landfills and for landfills which were allowed to accept waste
    from the flood of 1993.
    The amendments were incorporated in the
    Board’s rulemaking docket R93-1O, RCRA Subtitle D Amendments to
    35 Ill. Adm. Code 810.
    811. 814 which was adopted on December 16,
    1993.
    Therefore no action is necessary in this docket and the
    Board hereby dismisses the proceeding.
