ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
This matter comes before the Board on a joint status report
filed by the parties on December 16, 1993. The parties state
that they need an additional 30 days to address remaining issues
involving this permit appeal and a new permit application, and
ask that the Board set a new status date for submittal of
additional status reports within 30 days. The parties further
state that significant progress has been made on issues that had
previously delayed the preparation of the revised permit
application. The petitioner also submits a waiver of the
decision deadline until November 1, 19941.
The parties shall submit status reports to be received by
the Board and hearing officer no later than January 17, 1994.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
1 Petitioner indicates that a document is included which gives
a waiver of the decision deadline until November 7, 1994. The
waiver document actually waives the decision deadline until
November 1, 1994.
