    A
    hearing in this matter
    was
    held on February
    4,
    1993,
    in
    Peoria,
    Illinois.
    At hearing, counsel for the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
    indicated that all
    outstanding matters had been resolved and that the parties had
    entered a stipulation agreement.
    However, there has been no
    additional action before the Board since the hearing.
    The Board notes that Sherex Chemical Company
    (Sherex) has
    granted a waiver of the decision deadline to and including
    January 30,
    1994.
    Accordingly, this matter must be decided at
    the Board’s meeting on January 20,
    1994 unless an additional
    waiver of the decision deadline is filed.
    If an additional
    waiver of the deadline is not received before the Board’s next
    scheduled meeting, the Board will decide this matter based
    on the
    limited record.
    The Board directs the parties to file status reports before
    January 14,
    1994,
    indicating any remaining issues in this matter
    and an anticipated schedule for completion of this matter along
    with an appropriate waiver of the decision deadline to
    accommodate that schedule.
