    On November 17,
    1993 petitioner filed a Notion for the
    Production of Documents Deemed Privileged.
    However, the motion
    fails to identify the documents for which production
    is sought
    other than to characterize them as “documents that the Agency has
    -
    asserted as privileged”.
    This
    is insufficient specificity to
    allow the Board to grant the motion.
    The motion is accordingly
    denied.
