    On February 1,
    1993 Southern California Chemical Company
    filed a petition for review of the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency’s modification of its RCRA closure plan.
    Two
    waivers have since been filed, the last one being an open waiver.
    To date,
    no substantive action has taken place before the Board.
    The Board directs the parties to submit reports indicating the
    status of any ongoing negotiations between the petitioner and
    respondent on or before January 10,
    1994.
