ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E.Z. Kezelis):
On December 28, 1999, BEMA Film Systems, Inc. (BEMA) filed a motion to dismiss
its May 21, 1999 petition for variance. In support of its motion, BEMA states that it has
determined that an adjusted standard, not a variance, is more appropriate for the type of relief it
is seeking. Since BEMA did, on December 17, 1999, file a petition for adjusted standard with
the Board, it now wishes to dismiss this variance.
BEMA’s motion to dismiss is granted and this docket is hereby closed.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 6th day of January 2000 by a vote of 6-0.
Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
Illinois Pollution Control Board
