ORDER OF THE BOARD
 (by N. Nardulli):
This matter comes before the Board on a petition filed on
November 4,
 1991.
 On June 6,
1993, Board directed the parties, in
accordance with
 the Hearing Officer’s
 order,
 to
 file
 a
 status
report
 on
 or
 before
 September
 15,
 1993.
 On October
 6,
 1993,
Ashland filed a motion to file status report instanter,
 an amended
waiver of the decision date in this matter and a status report.
Petitioner supports the motion to file instanter by stating
that the
 status
 report
filing was delayed to allow Ashland to
submit its detailed draft corrective action plan to the Agency and
determine a time frame for Agency review.
 Petitioner states that
the Agency has no objection to the motion to file report instanter.
The motion to file instanter is hereby granted.
Petitioner
 reports
 that
 on
 September
 27,
 1993,
 Ashland
submitted
 to
 the Agency
 a
 revised
 corrective
 action
 plan
 and
included
 a
 comprehensive
 report
 on
 the
 current
 status
 of
 the
facility
 as well
 as the
 intended corrective
 action
 activities.
Petitioner
 states
 that the
 parties believe
 that
 all
 remaining
issues can be resolved within
 120 days.
 Petitioner reports that
counsel for the Agency has reviewed the status report submitted to
the Board
 and has no objection to
 its
 contents.
 In
 addition,
petitioner has waived the decision due date in this matter until
June
 3,
 1994.
The parties are directed to file
 a
 status report with the
Board concerning this matter on or before February 7,
 1994.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
