    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by R.C. Flemal):
    This matter comes before the Board upon a motion for stay
    filed April 27,
    1994 by Marathon Oil Company (Marathon).
    Marathon requests stay of the new permit during the pendency of
    Marathon’s appeal of the Board’s March 31,
    1994 decision on
    Marathon’s permit review to the Fifth District Appellate Court.
    Marathon requests that the previously—granted permit remain in
    effect during the pendency of the appeal.
    No response from the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has been received by the
    Board.
    The Board hereby denies the request for stay.
    Stay may be
    requested from the appellate court as provided in Rule 335 of the
    Rules of the Supreme Court of Illinois.
