a petition for variance which is deficient in several respects.

The petition does not identify Board regulations from which the

variance

is sought as required by Procedural Rule 401(a) (1),

Petitioner should note that modification of NPDES permit terms

is generally within the competence of the Environmental Protection

Agency.

Petitioner should also include the other relevant inform-

ation listed in Procedural Rule 401(a).

If these deficiencies are

not corrected within forty—five days

of

the date of this Order,

the petition will be subject to dismissal.
