ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
Mobil Oil Corporation, (“Mobil”) filed a motion to
supplement its petition for variance on March 4, 1994. Mobil
requests that a new exhibit, Exhibit 4, be added to its Petition
for Variance. Furthermore, Mobil requests that its motion not be
construed at an amended petition in such a way as to delay this
proceeding. Mobil represents that the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency has no objection to its motion.
Since Exhibit 4 does not change relief requested in any way
and represents no real “change” in the Mobil Oil petition for
variance relief, the motion is hereby granted. The statutory
decision date remains June 14, 1994.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
J. Theodore Meyer concurred.
