    ORDER OF THE
    BOARD
    (by R.C. Flemal):
    On February
    3,
    1994, the Board ordered the parties to submit
    status reports in this proceeding by March 11, 1994.
    On March
    14,
    1994 the parties filed a joint status report.
    The parties
    state that they will be meeting on April
    7,
    1994 to discuss this
    matter.
    The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency will
    continue its review of R. Lavin
    & Sons’ petition after that
    meeting.
    The parties further state that by March 31,
    1994 they
    will advise the Board of the status of this matter and present a
    timetable for completion by settlement if an agreement can be
    reached, or by hearing on the merits if an agreement cannot be
    reached.
    The Board hereby orders that the parties submit status
    reports to be received by the Board on or before May 31,
    1994.
