    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by C.
    A. Manning):
    This matter comes before the Board on a petition filed on
    June 12,
    1991.
    On February
    3,
    1994,
    the Board directed the
    parties to file a joint status report or individual status
    reports on or before March 11,
    1994, concerning the status of
    this matter.
    On March 11,
    1994,
    Safety—Kleen filed a status
    report with the Board.
    Safety-Kleen states that the parties have
    reviewed a settlement agreement.
    Safety—Kleen states that the
    parties are resolving the matter and that at this time it is
    awaiting final documentation from the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency (Agency) memorializing the settlement
    agreement.
    Finally Safety-Kleen states it has have contacted the
    Agency and expressed its concern to resolve this matter as soon
    as possible.
    On March 16,
    1994,
    the Agency filed its status
    report.
    The Agency states that it joins the status report filed
    by Safety-Kleen and is reviewing the documentation filed by
    Safety-Kleen.
    Safety-Kleen and the Agency are directed to file updated
    status reports or a joint status report on or before May 13,
    1994.
