    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On July
    8,
    1994,
    the Board received a joint status report
    filed by the parties.
    The report indicates that progress has
    been made toward resolution of this proceeding and only one issue
    is left outstanding.
    The parties believe that the remaining
    issue will also be resolved.
    Therefore,
    the parties ask that the
    Board direct the filing of another status report in 90 days.
    The Board accepts the status report as filed and directs the
    parties to file an additional report with the Board no later than
    September 30,
    1994.
