    This matter is before the Board upon a motion for
    substitution of counsel filed by petitioner Community
    Consolidated School District No.
    15 on July 18,
    1994.
    Pursuant
    to Section 101.108,
    any attorney who substitutes for an attorney
    of record must file a written appearance pursuant to Section
    101.107, which identifies the attorney for whom the substitution
    is made.
    Petitioner’s motion identifies both counsel seeking to
    enter an appearance and counsel seeking to withdraw an
    appearance.
    The motion for substitution of counsel is hereby granted.
