    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by M. McFawn):
    On Nay 18,
    1994, the parties in this action filed a joint
    stipulation of settlement and dismissal,
    in which they agreed
    petitioner would receive reimbursement from the UST Fund in the
    total additional amount of $9,500 as full settlement of
    petitioner’s claim.
    Petitioner agreed to voluntarily dismiss the
    action within a reasonable time of execution of the stipulated
    agreement.
    Subsequently, on July 11,
    1994 petitioners filed a
    motion to dismiss, stating that they have received the agreed
    upon $9,500.
    The motion is hereby granted and this matter
    is
    dismissed.
